Can I return my purchase? We only accept exchange or store credit. 
I changed my mind on the size I ordered. Can I change it? Yes if its within 30 mins of placing the order, please message us. 
Can I cancel my order? No, but you can certainly exchange it for a different size or receive store credit. 
Where is my order? Please note: tracking is only available once the order has been dispatched
Can you ship to a different address other than my billing address? Yes, you can have your parcel shipped to an alternative address; however, this needs to be done at the time of purchase
My package didn't arrive, what can I do? Once the item is in the postal hands, we are not responsible for any orders getting lost or stolen during delivery. Please reach out to your local post office. Ensure that you're are putting the correct address when checking out as we us the exact information you put down to create the shipping label. 
What if I have not received part of my order? If you are missing items from your order and your dispatch email and invoice show all items on your order, then please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Make sure to let us know your order number and which items were missing.
